Dude speaking of microwave popcorn. I really dont know how to do that (im not a bimbo!). It always comes out smelling burnt, tho edible. Stinks up the kitchen as well. And we dont get 'sweet' microwaved popcorn, just the buttery and salty flavors. I dont like them!
Yes, thats a lot of miles on the treadmill. I dont know in terms of mile, coz i always check for calories burnt. I try to clock up bout half hour everyday, and bout 300 calories. I know i can just inhale a big-mac to put back those calories, but it makes me feel less guilty bout it!
Movies rock! ill say it again. Movies Rock. North Country was soooo soooo good. I am so rooting for a second nomination for Charlize. Hope you watch it soon and tell me what you think bout it ringworld.
Lets see you try to beat 5movies in three days eh? I am KING!!

Really, no popcorn button on the microwave...wow, no "kettle corn" that sucks...well, probably better for you since you're watching intake...you'd have to spend more hours on the treadmill after that... Or, drink one Carmel Macciato and get double that so be glad you kicked that habit...hehe...I won't even get into the Big Mac thing... I pretty much like everthing she's done, even Mighty Joe Young...Monster kinda freaked me out though... no comment...don't want to topple the king...hehe

I like Charlize...find her prettier than Cameron Diaz, britney and all those other blondes. Yea, she freaked me out in Monster, but shes just so pretty!!! I loved North Country more than Monster tho. Just hope she gets nominated. Im so sure she wont win again, coz its too soon and everyone says its Reese Witherspoons year this year (BOOOOO!!)....but fingers crossed.
Dude, hey, im not a fast food addict either, but im just saying....the few times i do allow myself a big mac, i literrally inhale it. I had a Burget king whopper the other day, just before christmas, and dude, it didnt last me 5 minutes!!!!
AND my f**king treadmill broke! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! It costs so much to repair! Anyone wanna buy me a new one. Lady at the fitness store said i overused it...and i shouldnt use it so much. TO give it a rest sometime. I was like 'if i f**king buy a machine, i buy it so i can use it everyday!'. Frikking sales people.
So now im using the machine, but the tension setting broke, its like on the easiest level. Fixed. Damn! Now im trying to get in some push ups everyday.....god i know i sound like some fitness freak. But honestly, if you saw me....youd kick sand in my face. Im still in that phase of trying to get into shape. Im not in shape now. Dont want you guys thinking that im already 'there'.
You should join me ringworld.......we should do a before 2006 and after 2006 thing. See who ends up 2006 in shape. It always works more when you have a buddy. So what do u say?

I like Cameron only because she was a fluke...just got picked for a little movie called Mask and bam...there she is...she's funny too...Charlize has the more classic look to her...that's what's really apealling with her...now I just need to get her Monster appearance out of my mind again...
Oh, I know, Big Mac's just taste sooo good, especially with fries and a nice cold Pepsi (no I don't get a Coke with it) to wash it all down...I do think that they have gotten smaller or something...cuz ur right, inhaled quick...
Damn, you ran it to death...hehe...was it self powered? Those things ain't cheap...
I am already in a shape | | hehe not } { or { } either...
but, I am sure I can find the time to keep bugging you about it...hehe

thats a good shape to be in ringworld! Congrats...... *pats ringworlds belly* mmm nice and flat. me want!!!!
Yea, so i sorta ran my treadmill to death. Hows that for dedication.....and it was an electronic one. One of them expensive ones. Man, wish santa wouldve gotten me a new one!
Cameron is cool. Love Charlies Angels!!!!!!!!!! One of my favorite fun movies ever. But ever since i read how her part in Something About Mary was earmarked for Courtney Cox at first, i will never forgive here! I mean, imagine how big Courtney would be now if she gotten that role.
Blown Jeniifer (media whore) aniston out of the window!
Hey, ringworld, have you seen Courtney cox in the longest yard!!!?? Those tits....THOSE TITS! LOL

thats a good shape to be in ringworld! Congrats...... *pats ringworlds belly* mmm nice and flat. me want!!!! it won't be if I keep eating these peanuts... Damn, that is dedication...I know several people that use them and don't wear them out...one lady watches her soaps everyday (at least 3 hours) and hasn't worn hers out in almost 2 years... Loved the bull riding...hehe...I don't know, I really can't see her in that role...besides, wasn't she all over the place promoting Scream 2 when the adr work was being done on Mary? I think that would be the main reason she couldn't to Mary...hard to do post when you're on the other side of the country... Actually didn't pay much attention to the movie...it's on my rewatch list...didn't even realize she was in it till I just looked...she's listed as uncredited...a lot of people are listed as uncredited...hehe

so yea, today began day 1 of my tread mill after work on my broken machine. Its jst so effortless without any tension setting...like its too easy. I did try to add more to the workout by doing yoga-lates! ehehe Ill try anything to tone up!
So today, i started watching Dark Water on DVD. It was a toss up between that, Perfect Man or Undiscovered or March of the Penguins.
So i guess Jeniffer Connely won over Hillary Duff, some Penguins and an Ashley Simpson movie (!!!!!!!!!!!) I guess i watched all the 'good' movies over the weekend.
Im already thinking bout wat im gonna watch in the cinemas this weekend. Im just worried that with Kong, Narnia still taking up all the cinema screens, there aint gonna be nothing left to watch. And i aint gonna go watch Wallace n Gromit which is still showing, or some other local movies showing.
My weekend just aint the same without a cinema experience. And pop corn . YUM
I wish Hostel was out....but if it does come out in cinemas here, its gonna be so heavily censored for violence, so theres another one i have to wait for on DVD!

I did try to add more to the workout by doing yoga-lates! ehehe Ill try anything to tone up! Guess you are going to have to double or triple the mileage now!!! Isn't it usually a spring or something that does the tension? Can you just replace a spring? But did you like the movie? Just go see Kong anyway...it will help you pass 3 hours...a few more minutes with credits...at least that is what I have been told... Well, for us, it's out this Friday, the 6th...Australia get's it Feb 23rd and pretty much the rest of the world get's it in March... By the way...I was really bad today for lunch...double quarter pounder with cheese and fries...and now I feel guilty...hehe...

Well the diagnosis is that its the belt that needs replacing not the spring. And they are gonna charge me and arm and leg for it. Ill survive, until i see some love handles developing, then ill make the effort to go and get it fixed hehehe.
I still havent finishesd watching Dark Water yet dude, like i said, if i watch it while on the tread mill i usually have to watch it in pieces. Im only like 40mins in, and its not as bad as people make it out to be. Still not a patch on the Exorcism of emily rose tho!
Ive seen Kong already.....that really dragged for 3 hours. I felt it! I mean you only see Kong and all the other dinosaur action after hour one! So far, checked the Cinema Listings in the paper this morning, and no sign of any new big release this week so far. Damn!
There is a picture of Venom (coming soon!) - but that is so the type of movie i would catch on DVD not pay good money to watch in the cinemas. Still cant bring myself to pay to watch Wallace and Gromit, and my usual movie pals have seen it already. Maybe ill just nap all Saturday! hehe

Well, today I watched Wedding Crashers and and watching The Cave right now...When I watched Dark Water it seemed to go pretty fast...Well, go see Venom and don't let Mr. Jangles get you...hehe...it's coming out on dvd 1/17 here...

I watched Wedding Crashers in the cinema. It was HEAVILY censored, so i got the PG version which made the movie bout 1 hour long. And with all the jokes cut out, it was a waste of money. And im sure if i saw the proper version it wouldve kicked ass. My wife, Rachel McAdams is in it you know hehehe Havent seen the Cave, its out in stores? Is it worth the money? Is is like The Descent. Man, the Descent kicked ass....im kinda claustraphobic, so some parts were really hard to watch. Another question, is Venom a teen-horror? Or an adult horror. Love teen-horror, so hope it is. Its in the cinemas, so tell me if its worth paying for a cinema ticket and an extra large popcorn heheh Man, some dude just had his birthday in the office, so treated us all to pizza. I cant say no to food if its handed to me like that. Grrrrrrrrr. *GOTTA RESIST TEMPTATION*

It's okay so far...I turned the news on and probably won't finish it till tomorrow... Part of the plot outline says: "A pack of teenagers run for their lives through the swamps of Louisiana" so I guess you could say it's a teen-horror movie... mmm...pizza...had to give that up too...a Pizza Hut Super Supreme sounds soooooo good right now...haven't had one in ages...

today was a bad day! ONLY day 4 of my no snacking diet....and this was the worst day so far. Really wanted to snack on somethin while watchin tv. Im so hungry....
And with breakfast tomorow just being my usual cereal, ill have to wait till lunch time for proper food! Man, im hungry. Being on a diet sucks, and all i can think bout is food.
So i did what i could to NOT eat, brushed my teeth, flossed, put on retainer (hehe) and thats that. At least having done that, it stops me from eating! I have this thing, where i cant go to bed with unbrushed teeth.
So dudes, when is it ok to break a resolution? Mid-January? Early feb? I cant take this much longer!
