4 pounds is a lot. its like a pound a day!!!!! dude, if i put on one pound i woulda freaked - let alone 4 pounds! Yeah, so, don't wear any tight pants...hehe...still, one should be able to get rid of that in short order...time for some kick boxing...hehe...500 calories burned from a 45 minute workout... But, you still have to get it fixed...how much good is it really doing? or maybe just double your workout to compensate...probably more not stretching for the 4/5 days you were gone...

well, now with me having to work late coz of my new work loads! Im having a harder time even squeezing in a workout after work...coz the later i leave the office, the heavier the traffic is on the roads, and then the later i get home...so the shorter work out time i have etc etc. its a domino effect!!!! So simple solution - i need to find a sugar-daddy, who will spoil me, so i can retire early, hire a personal trainer, dietician and personal chef! Then all will end all, and I can live happily ever after
