Lets go back to 1987 and for those who are my age, you'll remember watching a brilliant Vampire film that starred Corey Haim, Corey Feldman and Jason Partick. Along with a pretty witty and original Script we were given a classic horror flick of the 80s. Then a couple of years ago they decided that a classic film should not be left alone and gave us "The Lost Boys 2: The Tribe" and for those who have seen it, I was shaking my head while writing this, you'll understand why I believe that some films should never get sequels. Now it sounds like they did not learn their lesson and we are getting The Lost Boys 3: The Thirst. Now I know because of that crappy romantic flick "Twilight" Vampires a cool again, but common. Another one - now the only good thing I have heard from this is the chosen Director: Dario Piana, director of The Deaths of Ian Stone. For those who have not seen D.O.I.S, I suggest renting it the next time your at a rental store. It was quiet an entertaining film, and funnily enough I picked it up for $2.00 at a reject shop. Defiantly did not belong there. So hopefully with this fresh director he may be able to bring back some quality to this next film - but I imagine it will like its predecessor become another in the long line of Direct to DVD releases. www.bloody-disgusting.com/news/17478 Original Source.
