Now there being done to death recently (No punt intended), but last night I caught Land of the Dead. George's remake with Simon Baker, and I realized that I'm kinda over them. They never really have a riveting story, its simply who can come up with the best death scenes. After thinking about this I went through in my mind all the zombie flicks that I can recall and I came to the realization that I really only liked Resident Evil 1 & 2; and that was because of the kick ass action and Mila who was stunning in it.
I know horror movies don't need a riveting story, but something to keep us going and guessing would be nice.

my favorite movie of all time, well one of them , i just seem to have many is Resident Evil!!!!! The trailer for that movie, still to me is the best trailer of all time. No trailer has ever come close to making me wanna see a movie so much! And the movie didnt dissapoint.
This guy i was so close to before, was so into the games and he got me all interested in Resident Evil. Kinda f**ked up the friendship tho....it was completely my fault, but i miss him so much. He wont return any of my calls, mails etc. He was the perfect friend......in more ways than one, but dam i miss his friendship!
Zombie movies are ok. theyre cool.....but theyre are a lot of em lately right. Everyone and his mother is doing a zombie movie. But when its done right, its done right. When all the new Dawn of the Dead movies came out, i sorta made it a point to go and see the originals, so 2005 sure was a zombie movie year for me!
But even if 10,000 zombie movies come and go, i would still wanna see Mortuary....that review i wrote just made it sound like the funnest, funnest movie! I have to go see it now!

i didnt like the second one sorry folks. was heavily dissapointed after the amazing first one! And during the 2nd one the theatre people screwed up our bookings, so we ended up getting seats after missing the first 5 minutes (GRRR!) and we had shitty seats way up front!!!!!

last month, i went to see Harry Potter and got crappy seats as well....we decided to go last minute and ended up 7 rows from the front it was so bad. Its like i had to move my head left to right just to see the entire screen. It pissed me off so much!
And this american lady behind me was eating what seems like an entire buffet back there! It didnt bother me so much - i was just saying hehe. The food didnt smell or anything. I remember once, me and this dude brought in (or snuck in hehe!) some KFC meals into the cinema, and just sat there eating it!!! And KFC does create quite a stink! Im so glad the cinema was pretty empty!
another pet peeve i have is having to go pee during a movie. I hate it, especially long movies coz u always have to ask "what did i miss"? and you have to say sorry to all the people you trample over. Thats why i always, always have to get an aisle seat!!!!!!!!!!!!! I nver drink during a movie ever and dont drink for at least an hour before it!
