I just saw Lords of Dogtown this afternoon on DVD. It stars that guy, Michael Angarano (is that hows its spelt?) thats gonna star with Rocky in Bondage.
I thought it was a cool movie...ive seen him in loads of stuff, like Will and Grace, Little Secrets and I think he was in SeaBiscuit (tho i could be mistaken).
Waiting for Sky High to come out, the trailer for that one looks cool.
He does seem pretty young tho ...if you compare him to Rocky, so I dont know what their relationship is gonna be in the movie.
And wats up with that title!?? I can imagine a lot of talk bout the movie just for the title!
Oh,well, looked it up on the net, and not too much on the movie yet...At least another Rocky movie to look forward to!

Michael is awesome. He was a blast to work with. I play his roomie in Bondage. Very short scene because it is a metal hospital that we are in.
Go see his movies, he is a great guy!

Hello! This is my first post here. I attended the World Premiere of Bondage at the SXSW Film Festival in March. If you check out the Bondage IMDb board HERE you'll see a lot of posts by larry-411. That's me. ;D I hope it's okay for me to post that link -- I wouldn't normally post about one board at another, but I posted a lot of information, a review, a transcript of the Q&A after the film, and a bunch of pics there that I took. There are a few of Michael Angarano and me, and the writer/director Eric Allen Bell. In addition to Michael and Eric, Mae Whitman was there as well as Paul Peglar, who play other kids Michael's character meets through his travels in juvy and beyond. Rocky wasn't there, but I hope we see him at a future screening. Anyway, I came here just to see what was up with the fans here and talk about the film, and I saw a long thread about the trailer. I was going to start a new one about the film itself, and then I saw this one, so I thought I'd revive it! I saw the film twice and Rocky has a great part. It's not big, but it's really crucial to the plot. It's a turning point in the story and is chilling. The director says it will be opening in theaters soon, and I plan on posting here from this point on to keep you guys up to date. I also want to catch up on Rocky's other work. I've been doing some research, and from what I can tell, we should be seeing his face a lot in the years to come. It's great to be here!

I'm fairly new here myself too. Great to have you aboard. Thanks for the link and info. I'd been wondering what type of role Rocky has in the film and I'm glad to here it's a great one. Wish it was a larger one but that's okay. Very cool that you got to have pics taken with some of the cast of "Bondage." I hope the film gets a wide release as the review sounds very good. To date, I've only seen Rocky in "Mortuary," the recent film directed by Tobe Hooper. It's a great story and Rocky has a cool role in it. It's out on DVD now and I do recommend it. Some of the other members here highly recommend "Shallow Ground," which I've yet to check out. Be sure to check out Rocky's posts to us in the Letters from Rocky section. I've been reading them and Rocky is an awesome guy and so nice to his fans.

I could tell he would easily carry a film on his own. I haven't seen the others yet but I saw a lot of posts, and I went and checked out the Mortuary site and watched the trailer. It looks like my kind of film! ;D I'll go read his posts. Michael Angarano also posts at his official message board, and I can tell you that it is rare when actors actually do that. It says a lot about Rocky just knowing that he actually posts for you guys. That's just awesome. Thanks again for the welcome, and let's get this Bondage thread hopping!

Thats so cool that you got to see the movie already, and u managed to see Michael Angarano in the flesh u lucky dude you! And thanks for the link, im definitely gonna go see that after Im thru replying the posts in here!! Oh, i was kinda for Rocky to have a larger role in this movie, but i guess, being a intricate part of the plot, still does sound like an interesting one....so cant wait for this movie to come out. Im glad to meet, yet another Rocky fan...and dude...you and Northeast definitely have to go ou and rent Shallow Ground. Mortuary is all fine and dandy, but the definitive rocky movie has to be Shallow Ground. It will blow your socks off...trust me....you wont expect a low budget horror movie to be that good! And it is! So Larry...welcome again to our board, hope u have fun in here and post regularly. Its a small groupm, but a very fun one! Come join the fun ok! Speak to u soon! Jon

Thank you so much, Jon and enuf3 (if that's okay -- I don't know your real name). It's truly my pleasure. What a nice surprise to find a "secret society" waiting for news on Bondage! It was very special being able to see it with the cast & crew (Michael sat next to me) and we got to ask questions afterwards. I had a blast and took lots of pictures, as well. I saw Michael again in New York at the US Premiere of One Last Thing in April, at the Tribeca Film Festival. He has an official message board, and I try to keep the fans up to date there with news on what he is doing, as you do here with Rocky. He's a lot of fun to hang out with and I look forward to seeing him again, maybe at a screening of Bondage (which I hope Rocky makes it to). Have any of you met Rocky? He seems like a real sweet guy. I'm a lover of indies -- it's my life. I travel to film festivals all over and have made a number of friends in the business, so I follow their careers and try to post about their films for the fans. Some sites I run or help moderate, as you do, and I post news and information. I love to post pics of the ones I've met. Anyway, enough about me. Thanks for the warm welcome!
