There was reports that Tobey had back problems with all the stunts that he was doing - maybe that had something to do with it.

oh yea, i heard those rumours, but wasnt it on Spidey2? thats why Jake Gyllenhall was meant to take over the role (supposedly)..... And if it was true anyhow? what was WIllem Dafoes reason for a Rocky-double? And Rocky isnt a stunt man...so I dont think rocky couldve stood in for the stunt work. Rocky...where r u? Please clarify for us

Brokeback Mountain (Finally) 5/10 - I could not stand Heath Ledger's accent, ended up full forwarding it. Over rated. Masterminds 7.10 - Re watch, good classic oldy.

I did not like Brokeback Mountain...it was very dull. I do not know why people were hoopla over it.
I saw My Sister's Keeper, which was a very sad, but good film.

I saw a couple of GREAT horrors last night: The Uninvited, which is inspired by a Korean horror called A Tale Of Two Sisters. I didn't realise that until the twist at the end. The main actress in it is Aussie too, so that's cool The other movie is called 100 Feet, and stars Famke Janssen as a woman who is under house arrest following her murder of her abusive husband in self-defence ... only, it turns out, he's worse dead than he was alive! You seriously gotta see both these movies!

I just got them two in work Leigh; last week and this week. Will look at them soon, when customers don't want them as much.
I watched and was really impressed with "Mr Brooks" Kevin Costner has finally redeemed himself after so long. Good watch if you like the Dexter TV show.

yea, ive seen Uninvited and 100 Feet.... Uninvited was alright....typical PG13 fare, tho i heard the original Korean version is miles and miles better.....i didnt see that twist coming tho in the end, tho a lot of people on the net said they could see it coming from early on. Im glad i didnt catch on, so the twist came as a nice suprise. And I do like Emily Browning, who played the younger sister...she has such a pretty face. Ever since i saw her in Lemony Snicket, i knew she would be someone who would grow up to be madly hot! Its the lips! 100 feet...it was ok...the sorta dvd u would enjoy on a boring weekend. Ed Westwick is in it, Chuck Bass from Gossip Girl. It reminded me too much of Disturbia, which did the whole premise so much better (minus the ghost of course)....and im a Famke Jensen fan, so i wont rip on it too much. I dont think it was ever released in cinemas tho - one of those direct-to-dvd movies, so that sorta tells u the quality of the movie! ahhh i love horror movie discussions

Swordfish on Blu-ray. 8/10 - Sweet, bar the standard sound the picture rocked. And the movie the second time was equally as good to re-watch.

I watched Dead Set....not really a movie, but a mini-series...not bad at all! Gotta love the zombies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I havent seen Swordfish since it first came out all those years ago.....! Im not really a fan of re-watching movies...i only ever have time to watch movies the one time!!! too many movies, too little time.....! It would take a REALLY good movie, for me to want to watch it a 2nd time - and to be honest, i dont think ive re-watched a movie for the past 5years...i seriously dont hav the time for anything other than new movies...!

we watched Legally Blondes (aka Legally Blonde 3) last night ... not bad, but not great either. Tonight we watched Charlie Bartlett, now that was a good movie. Even just for the fact of watching Anton Yelchin throughout it ... including one topless scene

I watched an Aussie film this morning called "Newcastle" - I had never heard of it but found it while doing a imdb crawl. Really impressive film, full of brilliant surfing, good emotional core and very well shot and acted. One to look out for. (Hot half and sometimes full naked Aussie boys in it also for ya to Shallow)

hey niteflyer...yea, heard of Newcastle, it was actually recommended to me, but i havent gotten round to it...hmm i wonder why yr the second one to have recommened it to me? hahah Am i that blatantly obvious? Leigh - isnt Anton Yelchin a lil too young for u...tho i must admit i did buy the dvd just for him heheh tho ive yet to watch it too...just been so busy lately. I think outta all his movies, Anton was the cutest in Alpha Dog and in Star Trek...hes not so cute in Terminator 4 sadly, and the movie was shit! Aquaryan - im gonna wait for the latest harry potter to come out on dvd...im not that big a fan, but ive seen all the other movies, so i will watch this one just cause ive seen the others... waiting for Bruno to be released here it should be awesome! Leigh, arent u proud they did a movie based on yr life? hahaha!

Excuse me, I don't have a singing penis ... And no, Anton isn't too young, he's only a year younger than Jamie, which means he's 20
