6th May 2009 through 20th Century Fox, the third Rocky film to released this year here in Australia.
A smaller role for Rocky, but a film with him in it, none-the-less.

i finally got around to watching the flick and I must say I was annoyed; they cut Rocky's scene down to ZERO. All we see of him is the back of his head for a second in the room and then about a minute from outside a glass window looking in but focusing on Minnie Driver. Two words of dialogue and then that's it.
Hopefully the Non-Australian versions have deleted scenes on the DVD so you can at least see his role. The Australian DVD had jack.
As for the movie - I kinda got board so ended up full forwarding through most of it. It was ok, but nothing special - but I must admit that the acting was really impressive. As for the plot, I did pick it plot points of the film from the get go. The only major annoyance was the jumping in time frames which makes sense at the end, but was a bit irritating.
Rocky, How long was your onscreen time within this film?

Two words of dialogue and then that's it. Yeah, Rocky mentioned that when I last interviewed him ( www.generationq.net/entertainment/movies/conversations-with-a-rock.shtml), said there was only about 2 lines of dialogue and the back of his head ... apparently it was due to needing to cut the film down a bit. Hopefully the Non-Australian versions have deleted scenes on the DVD so you can at least see his role. The Australian DVD had jack. If you want to see more of the deleted scene, go to Rocky's official site, in the media section ( www.rockymarquette.com/page4/page4.html) and view the Official Rocky Marquette Demo Reel, which shows clips from all the movies he has been in, including Iowa!!!
