mhmm.. woo didnt see that coming.
Sorry, but I'm not the one who gets needles and lazer stuck into my face to look like the freakin fairy princess. I'm man enough to accept my face.. and not alter it to please my needs. Plus, I apparently come off as "cute" to some people anyway. But you.. nah, you need to change your face as frequent as women change their makeup, watch what you eat every minute of the day, so you dont get a wince of fat on ya, you practiclly go suicidal every time you eat a flippen donut, and so I must ask, who is the Queen now?

dude, well, since u put it that way - you must be so proud of me today... i fell off the wagon, hard today! Had three candy bars, 2 lunches (dont ask) and a couple of biscuits after i had my desert. Yea, ive been bad...!!!
and as for lasering my face etc etc...like i said, nothing face-altering, just doing stuff to improve the condition of my skin....
and if i was THAT into my looks, dont u think id hav a six pack and pecs by now, instead of this flabby guy...! sometimes i think that even youre more in shape than i am.
im having a 'i feel fat' day....grrrrrrrr!!!!!

Just tell yourself you have 'stealth abs'. I do less drastic things to imporve the condition of my skin. And not all the time, I'm not too concerned about how facial skin looks in the winter and cold months. I am more worried about my hands getting so dry they crack and bleed.

Plus it can be more fun to warm up than to cool down, no? cuddling up to someone who is nice and warm.. :3
Exactly, they are stealth abs! They are not to be seen. They are there, but you just cannot see them, feel them , or find them

nope, Lipo will not give them to you, it will make your skin all flabby and stuff, unless you get that cut away, but then you will have a huge scar...

Its called exercise. I heard some true horror stories about lipo going horribly wrong.. horribly. No one is sucking my fat out.. or cutting off my skin. God dammit! No one! Id give up food altogether before I ever go through that shit.

I dont mean all of that shit.. I mean go outside.. jog.. take walks.. stretch.. do sit ups, push ups.. Those other methods you listed will more than likely not work. Epecially Yoga! Yoga wont help you in that sense at all.

dude i do use the treadmill, and stuff like that..
just...i dont know - my body refuses to get into shape.. maybe its the whole age thing....and im not meant to hav a good body. its easier to stay in shape when your like the age yr at now mattie... its all downhill from there...its a losing battle!
trust me, i do exercise, sweat it out, stuff other than yoga...but dude, i do pilates, which is pure ab work, and that doesnt do shit for me!

Yoga will help you maintain balance in your body, not get abs. *nod nod*
maybe, if the situps and crunches do nothing for your abs, ye be doing them wrong? Y

He must be. Your body doesnt shut down at 30 something years-old. Not until the fourties.

well, i dont think im doing them wrong, coz i workout to pilate dvds and stuff, so im doing exactly what the instructor does on the tv....i think after years of being a 'bigger' kid...this is just the after effects.. so mattie, if i were you, id better start working on those abs while you still can....and since your still young,,,,you wont regret it. trust me...the older you get, the more stubborn your body gets!
