i saw this advert for "ab sculpting" in this mens spa.. not plastic surgery, but like some light therapy ab treatment thing..
20 sessions...3 sessions a week...and supposed to give u a six pack...and only like $2500.00...OMG so tempting....so tempting....
if this works, that would be so well worth the price!

dude, ok, it may sound like a lot of money...but for a six pack..it sounds like a bargain... been doing my research....so many things i could hav done..... im gonna look like wentworth by hook or by crook. I got the hair already...now just need the bod and the face

coz some people hav better 'shells' than me...thats why
woke up this morning like....f*ck, i so wanna do that 'ab treatment' thing...but with three-hour sessions a week....and a minimum of 20sessions for a sixpack...when do i got the time>? tho the end result is so tempting!

Looking good in the workplace does not mean you need to look like the twisted ideal of what looks good these days. Based on what you are saying, it is like I should be skinny and be able to wear sizes 0-3 pants, since people say that 'looks good' Why does it matter what you look like under your clothes? Are you planning to strip at your next office party? Don't get carried away with your apperance. Looking good physically will not do much if you still have your lack of confidence in yourself
