Has anyone seen the movie, "The Hollow"? Restless spirits stir this Hallow's Eve, beckoning Ian Cranston (Kevin Zegers), the last blood relative of Ichabod Crane, back to Sleepy Hollow. Thundering hooves unleash a wave of bone-chilling screams as the ghost of the Headless Horseman rides again! Ian must try to save the town and his girlfriend, Karen and determine whether the sword-wielding stalker is their clownish classmate Brody (Nick Carter) in costume, or the dark rider himself. If it's truly the Headless Horseman....how do you kill what is already dead? Check it out HEHE.

I cuaght this flicka few months back, it was good bar some bad acting on the part of some supporing actors (Nick Carter) being one. Story was ok, and the effects where kinda laim.
Keven Zegers was his usual self, and I think he is a very underated actor, although he needs to get a AAA movie that will launch him into mainstream to make him shine. (I got a hold of one of his latest called TransAmerica) Suppose to be good, I will check it out soon.

never heard of the movie - did u say Nick Carter? Him of the BStreet Boys heheh thats so funny!
Anyways, Ill watch Kevin Zegers in anything now! I didnt like the looks of him before, but after watching Transamerica, you realise what a great beauty he is - not your conventional hollywood look, but good looking without a doubt.
I actually think i liked Transamerica better than Brokeback Mountain - it was so fun, sad, and uplifting in so manyways, and did i mention way sexier than brokeback!
Nightflyer, you will def love it - you wont be dissapointed!

Yea Transamerica is a good flick. Kevin did a real good job in it. Showed more skin than i expected he would, but hey that goes with acting nowadays RIGHT? HEHE. What is a movie without some skin? LOL. I will probably have to show some in a future film but oh well guess i can get used to it. I havent seen Brokeback Mountain yet so i have to catch up on it. By the way, Felicity did a real good job in Transamerica. She should get an Oscar for her performance in it.

I finally watched Transamerica, and all I can say is wow. Acting was so good, and like Artie said, Felicity should receive a lot of recognition for how she portrayed this character.
I was actually amazed at Kevin's performance as well, I suppose it's because I remember him as a kid in Air Bud, and now he plays a gay coke addict hustler, who takes his clothes off a fair bit. In an interview he said though he has to get into more adult roles and for the stories and not just for the money. I always knew he'd be big after seeing some of his early work, and I think we will see him so much more now.

Yes we will be seeing a lot more of him. We will be seeing a lot more of Rocky too as his career really seems to be expanding. I am so proud of him.

I read Kevin is gonna be in this new movie with Samaire Armstrong (from the OC). Its called 'A boy girl thing' where they switch bodies or something like that - sounds cute! And i was sorta dissapointed to read in the same article that he is going out with this actress from Boston Legal! Dudes, im so dissapointed - i really fell for this dude hard after watching Transamerica. Trust me, if you havent seen it, you better go run out and get the DVD. Trust me, i might be pissing off a lot of people, but i found it a lot hotter than brokeback! Im proud of Rocky too artie! We all are!

I saw that, sounds like it will be good. Something to look foreword to. And i was sorta disappointed to read in the same article that he is going out with this actress from Boston Legal! I had always thought he was a cute kid, and once you see him all grown up and in this flick showing more of his body off, it's like ohh yeah. This boy is fine. I'm proud of Rocky too artie! We all are! Absolutely, and when he becomes an A-lister, we can say we knew him when...

its just too bad that Transamerica is such a small movie. But im singing its praises whereever i can! Trust me, even with a little bit of flesh on show, Kevin is sooo hot!!! I think, even showing him post-hustler sex, all sweaty in a diner was hot!!!! (he has a quickie for cash!). AND the scene where he is adjusting himself in his grey tighty-whitteys, is like the single most hottest scene in cinema this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just hate the fact that Felicity would so be winning the oscar if it wasnt for Reese Witherspoon this year!

If any of you read "OUT" magazine, there was a really good interview with Kevin in it. He told about his role in Transamerica. Here is a question and answer from the interview. Q. Because you grew up doing movies, did you always have gay people in your life? A. Yea, probably half of my friends are gay and probably half are str8. Most of my representation is gay. Most of my close friends in L.A. are gay. I couldn't care less what somebody doeswhen they're in bed with somebody. It's not something that interests me--unless i want to have sex with them. I have much more fun at gay clubs than i do at str8 clubs. Interesting!!!!!

thanks artie for the extract of the interview and thanks ringy for that *massive* picture! See, on the cover, he just seems like such a 'generic' model type! Normally i wouldnt give it a second glance. Over glossed-perfection, like male models arent my deal - but in the movie, he looks a lot more 'normal'! I love him in this movie, and without a doubt my best for 2005! (beats Brokeback and everyother critically lauded movie as far as Im concerned!). Well, seems he's straight then, our Kevin! But at least hes cool with the gay community! By the sounds of it, he might be up for some experimenting, like his character in transamerica! And like ringy said, i best hav a few more viewings before i put the DVD back in the storage boxes! thanks artie and ringy for the endless Kevvy stuff
