no bananarama? Dude...i just got their latest album 'Drama'. Theyre still going strong, 20yrs on. And they still look fairly decent...they havent aged badly like madonna, and one of them even reminds me of mischa barton. So thats good. Theyre going on as a duo now...and now make techno dance music

OMG NOW IM FRIKKIN JEALOUS AGAIN!
Bananarama - theyre the most awesome band!!!! I loved their album 'Please Yourself' - its one of my favorite albums of all time. Its so underrated from the 90s, but its so pure-pop and feel good sugary dance music....just the best album to dance to!
Oh man, if u do get to interview them - send my love to them. Been a fan of them since grade school!!!!!! (which is a long, long time!)

I love all their 90s stuff as much as their late 80s stuff. When they started working with Stock/Aitken/Waterman was when theyre best period started. Im such, such, such a fan!!!!!! You guys in the US sure r missing out...

you guys are into r and b and black music, rap etc too much, thats why they didnt bother perhaps. Pop is a lot bigger in the UK market (so are dance acts)
And on the other hand, Jason Mraz types harly make a blip in the UK charts (no, not even John Mayer), tho they do love Jack Johnson (which i dont understand - monkey face!)
Only now are the US getting into non - r and b types, like James Blunt and James powter.
