gyms intimidate me dude....all those bulked up beefy people. I dont like em. If the gyms were full of fat overweight out of shape people, i would go there. But dude, i feel like everyone will be looking at me. Im like that....social disorder. I have issues, plenty of issues!!!
Kid bro sure can over power me. He can lift me for real. He does that.....throws me on the bed! Hahahah. Dude, im sure even my sister can lift me! Just not into being beefy.
I prefer Rockys type of build. Not too big, not too small. Just right. I dont think he was too muscular under all that blood.....just a decent type of average build. Thats what im going for. Leigh has seen me before on cam, i should ask him whether he thinks im too big/or too small.
Just he isnt around much to ask lately.

It is funny you never see fat people at gyms...I drive by one (actually a few but you can't see in) and no fat people...I guess they are intimidated too...hehe...
That's an interesting picture...kinda reminds me of the movie Leolo...just that it was the other way around...the older brother used the younger brother for weight training...hehe...
Well, I wouldn't say average is a word I would associate...hehe
Probably out writing up a storm...I don't know where in Australia he is (especially since he moved) but I wonder how close to the fires he is...I think they said they were 40 miles north of Sydney...

Yea, miss leigh in here! I just realised if it wasnt for u ringworld. It would be so dead in here! Everyones gone...even felicia. I guess she just upped an left!
Never heard of that Leolo movie either. Dude, u sure r into obscure movies man. its cool.....i love non mainstream movies as much as the popcorn flicks.
I was reading my bro's 'Mens Health' earlier (on the can no less hehehe!) and i jst realised every other article is on how to achieve 'abs'. A magazine like that sure can give u low self esteem dude. I realise i aint never gonna look like any of those guys.
And can someone tell me what whey is for? My bro has like a huge ass tub of it, like in powder form for shakes. Should i take it, will it help me gain more good muscle? I wanna tone up, develop definition but not beef up or gain mass,
Not too sure if im asking the right people. I dont wanna ask my bro.....me been quite sulky at home lately, so not really in a speaking mood with people! Dont ask

Yea, miss leigh in here! I just realised if it wasnt for u ringworld. It would be so dead in here! Everyones gone...even felicia. I guess she just upped an left! aaawww, geee, shucks... It was one of my favorites a while back...still only on vhs as far as I know...Ah, just looked, came out on dvd 10/25/2005... Here's the short version...Whey or milk plasma is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained...and it contains lactose, vitamins, minerals and traces of fat...whey protein separated from this mixture is often sold as a nutritional supplement....Whey protein is a high quality, complete protein, with all the essential amino acids. Whey protein is also the richest known source of naturally occurring branched chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine). These are important for active individuals, individuals who exercise and professional athletes. The body requires higher amounts of branched chain amino acids during and following exercise as they are taken up directly by the skeletal muscles versus first being metabolized through the liver, like other amino acids. Low BCAA levels contribute to fatigue and they should be replaced in one-hour or less following exercise or participation in a competitive event. Many athletes consume a BiPro beverage both before and immediately after exercise or an event to help repair and rebuild lean muscle tissue. So, did you get all that? hehe...but...Adding whey protein to the diet is a great way to jump-start a weight loss program. Whey protein is a key ingredient in numerous weight loss and meal replacement products and whey protein isolate (with no fat or carbohydrates) is often the preferred choice. Studies have found that individuals who combine diets with leucine rich protein foods, like whey protein, and exercise have more lean muscle tissue and they lose more body fat. As they lose fat their metabolic rate increases and they naturally burn more calories each day. Another way that whey protein helps manage weight is by promoting satiety, or a feeling of fullness. One recent study showed that whey protein was superior to casein, the other protein in cow's milk, in promoting satiety.

Thanks on the info on the whey protein. The only think that i needed to know was :its a great way to jump start a weight loss program!". Im so there. My brother said it doesnt taste as bad. Just, in all my years of dieting, ive never taken a pill, diet shake or supplement. I dont wanna start know. But i guess it does explain why i still dont have that six pack i want so badly! Do you know how smart that post sounded. Did u cut and paste if off the net by any chance? heheheh Thanks anyways man, i do appreciate it......your the best as usual *polishes my I love ringworld badge* SO personal question here? do u have a six pack, or anything near it. I was a fat kid, so i guess it is harder for me to go and develop abs. Its so unfair, I have all this baby fat that i need to get rid of, and then i can work on developing abs. I will always have a 12yr old boys body! (In terms of muscle definition!)

Crunches...lots and lots of crunches... Yep, the only thing I could remember about whey is...little miss muffitt sat on her tuffet, eating her curds and whey...hehe... I had one...it went away when I started working 10 hours a day...

Dude, at least you had a six pack at one point in your life.
Wanna hear my life stages.....i was a skinny kid, and obese teenager, and a skinny adult. So the six pack never fit into the plan.
And you know how hard it is being a teenager....i.e your body is developing and changing, your dealing with dating, school work, zits etc...well for me, it was all those usual teenage problems AND on top of that i was overweight, AND short. So you can imagine how hard it was in highschool.
Luckily, i went to a good Highschool where noone made fun of everyone else, and plus i was smart and all the people in my class were nice. I cant imagine being how i was in an American high school, scary!!!!!!
dO CRUNCHES actually work? They hurt my back, and they only seem to develop my upper abs. My lower abs need the most work!!!! Not a pretty sight dude

Well, kids can be cruel, and I was lucky, I guess...I was skinny in high school...
I did crunchs every day cuz I didn't want to get fat...once I stopped the 100 every morning I slowly went from a 28 inch waist to a 32 where I still am...so, I guess they work, but, like you it started hurting my back...maybe it's time to start again...hehe...

i cant imagine doing any form of exercise in the mornings when i get up! I just cant, plus i barely make it into the office at 8.30am so i cant waste time. I get up with just enuf time to shower and scarf down breakfast nothing else.
And the time i should be asleep im online. So many bad habits i need to break.
I use a 30inch waist now, and a 29 if im lucky. I used to be a 34-36 so im proud of where i am now. Weight isnt really an issue now, just need to tone up. I did some crunches just now, first time after a long while. Just need to break up my routine, get more variety in my workout.
Man im sleepy, goodnite dude

toning sure is hard. Sometimes i feel that its not worth all this effort, coz I dont seem to be getting any 'harder'. I dont see any definition!! Ive got this feeling, that ive got no choice but to gym. Something i have no time for really. Not with work and stuff. I was late for work this morning......woke up late! Was on the net till way past midnite! On this site as usual. Which had gotten me thinking. I think im addicted. Im on it at night, im on it at work..Im not kidding, im seriously contemplating not coming on here....well maybe just once a day only. Not 20 times a day which i do now. Im honestly, thinking that I dont wanna be too caught up in this, its affecting my life. My work, my time etc. Its just that, without me and ringworld here, i dont wanna see this room all dead. I dunno what to do. I really am in a dilemma. Should i stay or not. I dont wanna be the sorta person who just types in a line a week. This board is on my thoughts all day....this is worrying, I must seem like the sorta person who has no real life....dudes, you dont know how true that is, but.... its the truth

You gotta do what you gotta do...Work is important and can't have you nodding off at your desk...hehe...how would that look...then again, being unemployed would mean you would be here alot and you would have plenty of time for the gym, treadmill, whatever...but then you would not be very happy, right? So, cut back on your board time and get the work done, eliminate that stress...

so much for not logging on here every waking hour!
I got a meeting in a bit and im like..ok, ill check the board! See whos on!
Man, this is too much! I hate it! And who wants to bet thatll ill be on tonight! You should see how i look - like a zombie panda! Its that bad. And the fact that i woke up too late to even shave today, yea, i look bad!
Stubble doesnt give me that rough and rugged look, it gives me the messy untidy look. It grows in patches...like i said, puberty has yet to kick in heheh
How i manage to work, and be good at it, is a wonder to me! I just hope i dont have to end up working at home again! Ive been working nights since the start of the new year, I hate it. Cuts back on my tv time!!! But at least, keeps me busy and keeps my mind off food and stuff!
The new year is always tough at work, budgeting, planning for the new year. Doing reports and more reports. Got reports coming out of my ears. Its come to the point where i can sneeze out a report, its like second nature already. Theyre so lucky that i can type fast and that i can actually speak english! You would be suprised to see the level of some of the english here.....Everyone looks up to me for fact checking, grammar checking and spell checks. HAvent these people heard of a dictionary!
Even the guys i know here who went to school in Australia have pretty crap english!
